Having also managed the business side of operations, he offers valuable insight into how the industry functions and can bring clarity to the entire building process, from design to completion.
Phil M. Riley, Project Manager
Phil, the owner of Riley Contracting, is also a key member of the RBC team. In addition to staying current with the latest construction techniques, he has a sharp eye for detail and ensures that every aspect of a project is executed accurately and with the highest level of craftsmanship. Phil assists in all aspects of RBC’s on site services.
